Where this came from

I’ve always been pretty technically inclined — but most of my background is actually in customer-facing roles. I’ve spent a lot of time working directly with people, and I’ve always paid attention to how they make decisions.

One thing that always stood out to me was reviews. It’s kind of crazy when you think about it — people will take time out of their day to leave feedback, whether it’s good or bad, and that ends up shaping how a business is perceived.

Later on, working in Facebook Ads and SEO, I saw the other side of it — how much Google actually rewards businesses that consistently get real reviews.

And I also saw something simple work over and over again: handing someone a physical card. Nothing fancy — just something clear, direct, and easy. It worked.

That’s really what led to this.
