I've always been technically inclined — but most of my background is in customer-facing roles. I've spent a lot of time working directly with people, and I've always paid close attention to how they make decisions.
Reviews kept standing out. People take time out of their day to leave feedback — good or bad — and that shapes how a business is perceived by everyone who comes after. Then working in Facebook Ads and SEO, I saw the other side: how much Google rewards businesses that consistently get real reviews.
And I saw one simple thing work over and over again — handing someone a physical card. Nothing fancy. Just something clear, direct, and easy. It worked every time.
That's what led to this.
